No Refunds or Returns


Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared, picked up, or delivered.


We encourage all customers to:

    •    Carefully review their order before checkout.

    •    Confirm pickup details.

    •    Notify us immediately at pickup if there is a concern.


If an error was made on our end (incorrect or missing item), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and details so we can properly review and address the matter.

Chargeback Policy


By placing an order with Big Redz Kitchen, you agree to our no-refund policy.


Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue is considered a violation of this agreement. In the event of a chargeback:

    •    We reserve the right to dispute the claim with proof of purchase, order confirmation, and fulfillment documentation.

    •    Customers who file fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be restricted from placing future orders.

    •    Any fees incurred due to improper chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
