Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.

• Full payment is required to confirm all orders.
• Orders will not be prepared until payment is received in full.
• We accept approved payment methods as listed during ordering.

Big Redz Kitchen is not responsible for delays, failed pickups, or incorrect orders resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are considered final once an order has been prepared.
Refunds or cancellations may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• The order was canceled by Big Redz Kitchen
• The order could not be fulfilled
• A verified error occurred on our end
We do not offer refunds for:
• Late customer pickup
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Personal taste preferences
Any concerns with your order must be reported within the same day of receiving your order.

Food Safety & Allergies
Big Redz Kitchen prepares food in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to:

• Peanuts or tree nuts
Customers with food allergies must notify us before placing their order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Food should be consumed promptly after pickup. Big Redz Kitchen is not responsible for food safety issues caused by improper storage after order has been served.

• Refuse service to disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe customers
